I'm thinking we'll comb the hair UP from the back and maybe use that awesome spray-on hair for the front...you know what I'm talking about :)

Oddly enough, my nephew Finn ALSO had a ridiculous bald spot/old man combover like this. They ended up nursing his crazy hair along for a couple of months, and then gave him a buzz, which was adorable. When it grew back, he looked normal again. :)
